February 12- Technical Meeting- OSHA Recordkeeping

Please join us on February 12 for our next technical meeting at Mike’s Place in Kent. Dinner and social will be from 6pm-7pm with technical meeting beginning at 7pm. Cari Gray from BWC will be presenting on OSHA Recordkeeping and the newest changes that went into effect this year.

Cari has been a Safety Consultant with the BWC since May 2005.  She works with a diverse range of companies in many different industries, from public entities to a wide variety of private companies.  She helps customers evaluate their current safety situations, set goals and create plans of action to successfully achieve their goals.  She also teaches many safety related classes for the BWC.

Prior to working at the BWC, Cari was an Environmental, Safety and Health Manager for General Electric.  She also worked in the Safety Department of an automotive based company, after graduating from The Ohio State University in 1999.

Cari is very passionate about the safety and health of Ohio employees.  Her philosophy is based around top management commitment, employee involvement and personal responsibility.  Her time outside of work is happily spent with her husband, two children, two dogs and flock of chickens.
