September 14 Technical Tour

Facility Tour Announcement: RIT Safety Solutions Indoor Working‑at‑Heights Training Center

Join us on September 14 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a special behind‑the‑scenes tour of RIT Safety Solutions’ brand‑new indoor Working‑at‑Heights Training Facility. This state‑of‑the‑art training center is designed to support fire departments, water and wastewater facilities, municipal service teams, and local industry through hands‑on, realistic safety training environments.

During the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the facility’s specialized training areas, including firefighter and rescue skills, confined space training scenarios, and fall‑protection and heights simulations. The new center offers courses in partnership with Bad Day Training and features professional‑grade rescue equipment and harnesses for use during training.

This event is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals, students, and community members to learn how this facility is helping strengthen regional emergency preparedness and workplace safety.

Dinner After the Tour
Following the tour, the Chapter will gather for dinner at a nearby restaurant — a chance to network, share insights, and enjoy time together.
